Take Part in National Eating Disorder Awareness Week with The Dressing Room Project
The Dressing Room Project has got some fantastic things in store for National Eating Disorder Week, which will begin on February 24th.
If you’re not familiar with The Dressing Room Project, it is an initiative of Emerging Women Projects (EWP), a non profit organization for teen girls’ empowerment. The Dressing Room Project aims to battle the mainstream media’s portrayals of women, which contribute to the prevalence of negative self-image, eating disorders and other unhealthy behaviors in girls and women in our society.

One of the coolest things that they are doing is providing fabulous positive messages that you can stick all over the place to remind yourself and others that true beauty lies within. Such messages are not limited to dressing room mirrors (though they seem to be centers of self-hatred). These are FREE stickers/cards and they rock; all you have to do is download and print.
They’ve also got a special offer going: 50 or 100 packs of buttons in assorted designs. Orders must be received by February 4th.
